Unhappy here.



I am about to blow a gasket.  I went to move my old blog to Wordpress as they requested.  At first I got this site no longer exists.  Then I finally got to it, then went to transfer it.  I got a must update Windows live messenger, why I don't know.  Clicked cancel or decline, whatever it said, on that at it kept coming back so I click okay.  After update I can no longer get into any of it.  Can't even chat online with people in messenger as before. It says the Id or password is incorrect and I know for a fact it is not.  Can no longer get into my hotmail account as it says the same thing and of course that makes it impossible to find where my stuff went in Wordpress.  What's up with this.  If I uninstall the updates my son will lose his account too.  As of right now that is the only one that shows up as valid.  GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

    How awful!!! Leave it to WLS to totally screw up everything. I hope it gets all straightened out.

    I've been jumping through hoops all day with google...grrrrrrrvery 'ppppeed hope you get yours finally through. Did you get a wp first?

    Man, I don't liker WP at all. I still haven't taken the plunge but I can still identify with your frustration.

    After you move to WP you cant get to your old page at all only to your profile page and nothing there but photos you put up this year, your messenger I had same thing happen to me , try deleting it and add it again,when you do it ask it to delete , but to save your info

    I did the transfer a month ago and it went ok. However, I still refuse to use wp for my blogs. I just don't like being forced into using something without a choice.

    I hope that by now you have things straightened out. If not, try going to http://support.wordpress.com or http://support.wordpress.com/contact/. Maybe they can help.
