Come on SPRING!

Well how are you all doing in this crazy weather.  I don't think I've gone anywhere more than 3 times in the last week or so.  Too much ice for me and it's freezing rain called for again today.  What?  The ice out there now isn't enough?  After breaking my ankle years ago on ice I hate it.  Sure, I got 8 weeks off work without losing any pay back then, but it's still not a thing I would care to repeat.

We have a new great grandbaby.  Ella arrived this weekend and she is just beautiful.  Now it's 2 handsome great grandsons and 1 lovely little girl.  I won't put up pictures unless Mom and Dad okay it.  If they do, you can be sure you will see them.

You all be careful out there if you in the nasty weather areas.   Those of you who are not, enjoy the sun for me please.

  1. Our weather has actually been remarkably good all considering what so many have had this year. My Mom broke her ankle a couple years ago on the ice too...I have no love for rotten weather either. Congratulations on the new addition to your family Great Grandma! What a joy that is!

  5. Oh, do be careful on that ice!!! I will be sure and soak up some sun for you IF we have any this week. We had two thunderstorms come through early this morning with hail and high winds...did some damage over town...trees fallen and roofs torn off. It was scarey. It's too early for this kind of weather.

  7. Congratulations on your new grand baby. New babies are so exciting. Freezing rain here also, but not too much of it. Now today a few snow flurries that hopefully won't amount to more than an inch. Spring is getting closer every day.
