A couple more

Picture from the zoo that is.

and the real thing, lol.

Haven't disappeared.  Just been so darn nice outside have been spending almost all my time out there.  You never know when Mother Nature decides we've enjoyed it too much and spoils the weather for us.  When in, have been checking the video's I took.  Deleted some who weren't too good and now will edit those that turned out and try to put them all in one movie form if possible.

You all enjoy a wonderful weekend.  Take care and God Bless you all.

  1. I thought the elephants were wearing camo ... LOL! Can't wait to see your videos. Hot today and have to mow as rain sets in tomorrow. Enjoy the day my friend!

  2. Delightful pictures, I'm sure glad you shared them. Our zoo really is pathetic but every once in a while we get in a new animal and that livens things up some. Have a great weekend as well my friend.

  4. I'd love a zoo, but none around close, maybe in TN. Of course TN has everything. Loved the photos.

These days, most wild-caught animals you see in zoos are long-lived individuals captured before zookeepers began adopting a more conservation-minded approach, or animals rescued from illegal wild-animal trade, or animals captured as part of a scientifically managed conservation program. On balance, I believe that modern zoos managed by responsible people are doing far more good than harm. Others may disagree, and they have every right to disagree respectfully and constructively.
