Been out and about already. Ran to the grocery store and picked up all the things I need to make pies for Thanksgiving. 7 a.m. is the perfect time to go. Hardly a soul there. Bedding to wash and a little load I didn't do the other day, and probably numerous things I forgot about. Then the funeral this afternoon.
Now does she look like a dedicated deer hunter?
I will be interested to see if she will want to do it again.
We came out of the visitation last night and across the street were some deer in an empty lot, just lolling around knowing they are perfectly safe in the middle of town. Then Darla almost hit one on her way home as it darted right across the highway in front of her. I think the guys are hunting in the wrong place, hee hee. I don't even know if they seen any. They never call so always have to wait and see if they come home with one. Though, I'm sure if Carson got one Jared would put it up, but she would have to pick up the gun first, lol.
Well I guess I had better get with and onto the rest of the laundry. You all have a great day.

ha ha - love the Dolly Pardon quote at the bottom. Your granddaughter certainly looks the part of the hunter. he he - so cute. Can't wait to hear what her impression of deer hunting is. Since I'm an animal lover thru and thru, I can't see why anyone would want to shoot a beautiful animal like a deer. But, to each his own I guess.
